Independent Stylist located in Lima, Ohio specializing in lived-in color, facial waxing, pedicures & lash extensions! Licensed Cosmetologist since March 2022 and Lash Extension Certified since January 2023. The commitment is to deliver the highest standard of service. To do this effectively, the necessary time is dedicated to each appointment, allowing for detailed consultation, precise execution, and addressing any questions. My goal is to leave my clients feeling more confident and happier than ever. My chair is a safe space for all clients, I offer a variety of services & absolutely love what I do!
CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand things happen but in order for me to protect myself as a service provider I will charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late we unfortunately will have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged the no show/ cancellation fee. After a 24 hour cancellation or no show you will be charged 100% of your appointment. All clients must keep a card on file. Clients will not be able to rebook until balance is paid, Repeated cancellations will result in being blocked from online booking. Unfortunately, our policy is that all sales are final, we do not offer refunds for a completed service. If unsatisfied with the service provided contact the stylist within a 7 day period.
